Activities of the L3 W Physics Group
The L3 W Physics Analysis Group studies all aspects of W-boson physics
with the L3 detector at LEP-2. Main areas of interest include:
-
Measurement of WW and related cross sections and distributions
-
Determination of the W-boson mass, total and partial widths
-
Determination of triple and quartic electroweak-gauge-boson couplings
-
Event generators and analytical programs
-
Analysis tools such as lepton identification,
jet reconstruction and kinematic fitting
This analysis group is organised by
Luca Malgeri
(e-mail: Luca.Malgeri@cern.ch)
and
Arno Straessner (e-mail: Arno.Straessner@cern.ch).
Everybody is cordially invited to participate!
